This post is for procurement/contracting/transporting services company.
Want a self managed Material and Logistics expeditor to handle and follow up the process of purchasing, delivering and accounting for the different purchase orders and RFQs. And assisting in related activities, including those that may require commuication with employees, vendors, customers ..etc. All the reuquired is to send those updated excel files to the management on daily basis.
The expeditor would be responsible to manage, fill, edit, push and follow up:
1-Excel sheet for RFQ sourcing progress. (attached sample)
2-Excel sheet for Sales orders items (materials) purchased from a vendor till delivery to customers. (Sample attached)
3-A. Keeping schedules and deadlines of the teams. Send reminders to the related parties if something is delayed.
4-Coordinate operations & assisting in related tasks when required (Contacting suppliers, shippig comapanies,.. etc).
5-Notify the management if critical delivery would be late.
6-Daily & Monthly reporting.
7-May assist in related tasks.
The purchase orders are prepared by the PO adminstrator not the expeditor (applicant)
The sourcing steps are performed by the Sourcing Agent not the expeditor (applicant)
The expected volume of work is minimal at this time. And expected to arise. This job is all about the attached sheets.
Experience with logistics work.
Great attention to details is a must.
Proficient in Microsoft Office.
Ability to collaborate with different teams
Good communication skills
Dynamic and adaptable.
Work independently to solve any arising problems.
Available, quick & responsive.

My experience job is more 20 years in purchasing and procurement. My working rate is 10usd/ hour (400 usd/ week ,pay weekly) by limited 5po per day which not more than 6items per po .
