Restyle and new design of a local TVchannel (idents, bumpers, intro and stingers) - station identification brand and clips in both 1080i and 576i (PAL widescreen)

Restyle and new design of a local TVchannel (bumpers, intro, commercial announcement) - station identification brand and clips in both 1080i and 576i (PAL widescreen) Our current video graphics were designed 5 years ago. We would like to celebrate our anniversary with a new design, preferably based on a new logo. Our TVChannel covers political and economical news. It has a serious and reliable image. This should be the base for the new design. As for inspiration, we like the idea of half a circle (the parliament) being animated in 3D. This however is not obligatory. Basically we need (if possible based on the current logo): 1. Main ident: A new TV ident or 'start of the loop' with soundeffect - current logo integrated (see attachment for current -old- version) 2. Short ident: A new 'bumper' with sound - current logo integrated - short version of the 'start of the loop' TV Ident 3. Intro: A new intro that will be used for each new program (with in it a transparent layer so that the coming video can be announced). Also room for text: one line with the content of the video, one line with the name of the program in it (should be modified with a psd as an extra layer on top of it). 4. Stingers: New 'in' and 'out' announcements for the commercial block 5. New SVO (animated .mov) to identify the person who is speaking (name and function, should be editable with a PSD-file on top of the animation - as is done now). 6. New 'Straks' (means 'Coming Up'): Also animated, in which the next item can be announced. Optional: A new logo (vector: AI or EPS) that is used in 1. 2. 3. and 4. In the attachment, I made a video compilation of what we have now. At the end, I have put a few examples that can be used as inspiration.
