Looking for a Flash expert for a professional banner / Flash animation(repost) (1580873)

We are looking for an experienced Flash designer with a large portfolio and plenty of knowledge of and experience with designing advanced Flash animations and banners. Flash will be based on our ideas, namely this (It seems the text on the right side got cut off, what it says is this: This will be a flash animation with a slowly rotating earth and blinking stars. We're looking for a very stylish, professional, clean banner.
