Rise Movement is in the midst of preparing for a crucial event starting on October 15. Given the fast-approaching date, our focus is on swiftly securing a distinctive brand identity and redesigning essential printed and digital materials. While time is critical, we are committed to ensuring quality in the deliverables. This project doesn't require a pursuit of perfection but rather a solid and professional output that resonates with our brand ethos.
Scope of Work:
1. Brand Identity Pack:
- Creation of a cohesive brand identity pack encompassing:
- A distinctive logo representing Rise Movement's mission.
- A color palette aligned with Earth-centric, educational, forward-thinking, and uplifting vibes.
- Select fonts that complement the brand's persona.
- Initial concepts are required by October 3, with a provision for minor revisions following feedback.
2. Print Documents Redesign:
- Reworking the design of four documents titled: "Let it Go," "Lightpaper," "Welcome Home," and "Paradise Earth Culture.". Total amount of pages approx: 50
- The documents require a professional layout, integrating the newly created brand identity.
- Final designs are required by October 6.
3. Digital Presentations Redesign:
- Redesigning 4 digital presentations, each having approximately 40 slides.
- Presentations should carry a consistent design theme resonating with the brand identity.
- The inclusion of relevant imagery, icons, and graphical elements is necessary to enhance visual appeal and message clarity.
Tools & Deliverables:
- The primary tool for design work and collaboration shall be Canva. It’s preferable to work directly on Canva to facilitate easy editing and collaboration. However, specific graphics such as the logo can be crafted on alternative software and then imported to Canva.
- All original files, especially custom graphics and the logo, must be provided in Vector format for future scalability and editing.
- Client to provide a Canva Pro account
Design Style & Brand Persona:
- Our brand aspires to embody an Earth-centric, educational, forward-thinking, and uplifting ethos.
- The designs should encapsulate subtle spiritual essence, potentially through the use of sacred geometry or other symbolic elements.
- The name "Rise Movement" should evoke the journey towards a better Earth and the collective ascension of humanity.
Budget: $1,000
Communication & Revisions:
- Preferred communication channels are through Freelancer Chat and directly with Comments on Canva, with a desire for regular check-ins or updates every few hours of the working day.
- 3 revision cycles are included in the project scope with an expected turnaround time of 24h per revision.
Rights & Ownership:
- All created materials will be the sole property of Rise Movement, with full rights transferred upon completion and full payment of the project.
Enclosures:
- Attached are some preliminary ideas for the brand identity to provide a sense of the desired style and vision.
