Existing Logo Re-design

I need a print and web quality versions of my logo re-designed. The basics are there but I'd like a more detailed version of the logo and also leave any tweaks to the artist. This is a small project on low budget since it comes out of my pocket :).. You can see the logo as an uploade file.
