Logo design

I'm looking for a simple and sleek new business logo design but I also want it to be bold and provoke attention. I'd like to incorporate an image but nothing too cliche. My current logo is nice but it's not sleek and the company name just sits below in isolation (see: [login to view URL]). I want the company name to be incorporated into the logo somehow as it's quite long.
Company background:
I run a small a small construction business and I target a wide audience, usually property owners looking to renovate/remodel their own homes or landlords looking to renovate a property to put on the rental market. I want the logo to reflect my business ethos which is reliable, honest, and above all exceptional quality of work. I am friendly and approachable so unlike many other traders my customers trust me to maintain a professional attitude and take good care of their property while construction works is being completed. I offer project management from beginning to end within the cost of building works so my service is unique. I hire all trades to complete work under my company so take full responsibility for all works completed. I have built up my business purely on recommendations to date and can be relied upon to offer professional advice from concept to completion and beyond.
