Logo design using golden ratio

Hello there,
my company is planning to change its logo.
What are we looking for is a unique logo that incorporates:
1. The name - Trade Hero Australia
2. An Helmet logo (using golden ratio) next to the company name that it's shaped out of T and H merged together (please look at sample 2 just as a reference to understand the concept).
3. The main colors are provided in the example and they must be the one provided by us (white, red, and dark grey- almost black).
