Visual identity for a mobile educational app

Our team is developing a mobile app similar to the Duolingo app but focused on general-purpose knowledge, as opposed to the languages in the original Duolingo.
We are looking for a highly-skilled Mobile App Designer to create a visual identity for a mobile educational app:
- logo
- mascot
- color palette
Logo
Name: 38! (the core idea is if you get just 1% better each day by learning smth new - you’ll be overall 37,8 times more the next year, or 38 times for the sake of simplicity :) )

Mascot:
Purpose: to create a mascot for a new product - a mobile educational application.
Milestone 1 - Create 3-5 variants corresponding to the description in 3-5 positions each. Reference poses - [login to view URL]
Description of the mascot:
1. His name is Habby = Habit + Hobby
2. Avocado shape (only shape, i.e. its body should be like an avocado (or pear), but it should NOT be an avocado) with arms, legs, and a face (eyes and mouth required, nose optional). How is it in avocado see - [login to view URL]
3. Color - no preferences - let's try different options
4. Colored, but not variegated (1-2 colors).
5. He is small and cute (big eyes, more rounded, note the evolution of Duolingo mascot - the reference - [login to view URL]
a) easier is better
b) cute is better
c) brighter is better
Main characteristics
He is arousing care and a desire to help. Ideally, "small", not an adult, a little awkward, cute. He should be humanly understandable. With colored splashes, or completely colored. The top games are very bright.

Color palette:
no preferences. Be prepared to answer questions about why you’ve chosen these colors. Think them through.
Please note that your work has to cover everything as per requirements. In case your document misses some aspects, we will ask for a revised version. If you don't provide the delivery according to the requirements, we will not release the payment.
Before starting with the job, estimate your time efforts, calculate the price quote, and specify the deadline. For example, "this will take 3 hours of my work, my preferred hourly rate is $25/hour, so I can complete it for $75. If we get started tomorrow, I can have it completed in 1 day."
Do not forget to attach your CV and portfolio.
