I need to complete a simple Machine Learning exercise.
Part 1:
The problem is to improve the performance of the model used to model customer churn.
Instructions:
You have the freedom to use any model or supervised or unsupervised learning technique, preprocessing techniques or other techniques. The only goal is to have a model that performs better than the model used in the test. The performance metric used will be ROC AUC, but this does not prevent you from using other metrics.
If you use multiple models, you should plot the ROC curves of all the models used in a single graph.
Part 2:
Attached is the code used to generate the results of the problem addressed in the written exam as well as the database.
Instructions:
Propose improvements to achieve better results.
PS. The attached code does not contain the first part of preprocessing. It is up to you to propose preprocessing according to the model's needs.
