Discord new server design and setup -- 2

Project purpose is to create a new discord community in the education space.
This will imply three different project phases. For now, the search is for candidates to work in phase 1 but it is intention to contract the same person also to continue for phase 2. Project should start in January 2021.
Phase 1
It is required an initial phase where the candidate will support in the design of the discord server. How figure out categories, channels, roles, permissions, and identification of the necessary bots (standard or custom) to be included to support the community. The activity will be done via iterative working sessions until having clear shaping of the things to be done.
Payment defined on time & material bases (payment por hour)
Skills required: experience on social media community management, how to create Discord community to leverage at best built in capabilities and already existing bots, specs definition for custom bots
Phase 2
It is required for the candidate to setup the Discord server and implement the bots and customizations identified in phase 1. All Bots must be created to be easily changed via parameters
Payment defined on turnkey basis
Skills required: experience on bot development (3 years minimum)
Phase 3
Definition of the social media campaign, community launch, support as moderator and community manager
Payment based on community growth with monthly recurring fee (base + premium)
Skills required: experience on community management, moderations, content management for education
