Job Description: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for shaping and implementing our sales strategy, driving business growth, and establishing strong relationships with clients and companies in the USA, Canada, and Australia markets. Responsibilities: - Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify emerging trends, opportunities, and potential threats. - Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of leads and opportunities, utilizing CRM software to track and manage sales activities. - Provide regular reports and updates on sales performance, market trends, and competitive landscape to senior management. - Collaborate with the marketing team to develop targeted campaigns and promotional materials to support sales efforts. - Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve company goals and objectives. - Identify and pursue new business opportunities, leveraging existing networks and establishing new partnerships. - Build and maintain relationships with clients and companies in the USA, Canada, and Australia markets. - Lead negotiations and close deals to meet sales targets. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of projects and client satisfaction. - Analyze market trends and customer feedback to refine sales strategies and maximize revenue opportunities. Requirements: - Minimum of 5 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the mechanical engineering or related industry. - Proven track record of successfully driving sales growth and meeting targets. - Strong understanding of the USA, Canada, and Australia markets, with experience in dealing with clients and companies in these regions. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. - Ability to think strategically and implement innovative approaches to business development. - Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
