Marketing Expert - Conversion and Funnels Specialist

VIDA Select is a modern matchmaking service that uses dating apps to set up dates for our relationship-minded clients. We’ve been featured all over the media, including BBC and HBO just last year, and our blog attracts over half a million unique monthly visitors. Pretty cool, right? We know we are not monetizing all of our website traffic as well as we could be, and that’s the main area we want you to focus at first. If you’re the marketing superhero we want on our team, you know that speed of execution is everything! You’re tech-savvy and have the right skills to get good work done quickly without anyone breathing down your neck. Skills and experience in these areas are absolutely required for this position: - Conversion rate optimization and A/B testing - Advanced analytics and data interpretation - Sales funnel design and implementation - Writing high-converting ad copy and ideally other longer-form copy too These skills aren’t essential, but they are a big plus: - Project and task management (hopefully you’ve done something more advanced than a Trello board!) - Wordpress site administration (not just using WP to blog but familiar with installation, themes, templates, a variety of plugins, etc.) - Experienced with marketing automation and integration solutions like Zapier, Integromat, IFTTT, Ontraport, InfusionSoft, and/or HubSpot We’re looking to start with a pilot project to make sure we’re a good mutual fit to work together and then immediately extend you a full-time offer as long as that project goes well.
