I have a fancy for gym , supplements and nutrition, i can prepare diet plans which indeed turns out be effective , i am doing gym for past 1.5 year and i know what and how to serve. I give diets to my family members and my friends , they are OK with it . If one would adhere to diet plan i give nobody could stop him to reach his fitness goals. Moreover i am a vegetarian and promote vegetarian diets which i think a plus point in my dealing.
