Hi! My name is Paul. I am the CEO/founder of Internet Marketing Caveman based out of St Louis, MO. We create marketing videos for Startups. You can find us at www.imcaveman.com. We have been consistently developing quality animated marketing videos for clients in St Louis for the last 4 years. We have now perfected our product and are now ready to expand our marketing efforts. I have friends over at a local St Louis marketing firm that have recently become my marketing team. They are taking care of social media and Facebook Advertising. I need a Digital Marketing Professional to be the leader of my new marketing team and manage the IMCaveman Blog. You may work remotely. We need a highly creative internet marketer who is ready to take our new internet marketing blog and make it into a profitable, well-oiled marketing machine. We will always focus on quality over quantity. You will be in charge of all email list-building duties and be willing to create an editorial calendar and publish regular blog posts that fit into our content marketing and social media advertising plan. You will work as our lead marketer to ensure that the KPIs are acceptable by regularly monitoring analytics and through reports generated by our team. You may make suggestions with how to run the Facebook Ads, YouTube Ads, Adsense Ads, Retargeting Pixel tracking and Split-Testing in accordance with our plans. One of these plans includes developing a YouTube channel that funnels into our blog with short, entertaining, animated video tutorials on various marketing techniques. Ryan Deiss is my hero. So, an understanding of [login to view URL] is a requirement. Educational materials from [login to view URL] will be provided for free to be studied on your own time. It is our hope for you to grow with us as a company. Since IMCaveman is a startup, our funds are lower than we would like right now. However, if you do your job well and we are able to acquire a regular batch of marketing video clients, we will be able to expand our marketing team further. Pay for our team members may increase up to $45 per hour. Additionally, the hours of work may increase to up to 40 hours per week. That is a possible income of up to $90,000 per year for our lead marketer.
