Generate new business in addition to manage existing business relationships of Company's IT Staffing Sales business. Leverage client relationships to build and grow IT staffing business. Implement, and manage sales forecasting, planning, and budgeting processes. Provides leadership to the internal sales team to implementing sales teams objectives that appropriately reflect the firm’s business goals. Accountable for the timely completion of all sales objectives. Makes recommendations for changing sales roles, coverage models, or team configurations in order to maximize sales productivity. Ensures sales reports and other internal intelligence is provided to the internal sales team. Develops new reporting tools as needed. Setup new business practices for the Industry cut edge technologies like Artificial Intelligence(AI), Cloud Migrations, SAP, Big Data, Cyber Security etc.
