About the CompanyWe are a fast growing Singapore company in the ecommerce industry. The company specializes in distributing healthcare, personal care and baby care products to consumers in Singapore & Malaysia through online platforms such as Lazada and Qoo10. About the roleThe incumbent plays an integral role in the operations of the business. As the business is rapidly expanding its selection online, strong backend support i.e. listing of products needs to catch up with the rapid pace of the business. The role also has the potential to develop into a team lead role based in the incumbent’s country subsequently as the company expands its operational requirements. Jobscope Base: In home country Reporting line: Ecommerce Mgr Incentive: Yes Notice Period : 1month Main scope:- Create marketing content to be used in facebook, shopify, carousell ads. Monitor and report on effectiveness of customer engagement level. Listings (target of 100 per week). Create listings across the following platforms• Qoo10• Lazada Malaysia• Lazada Singapore• Shopify• Shoppee Singapore• Carousell Singapore• Quality of listings ( to be independently researched online )• 5 x high definition quality pictures• Clearly worded English descriptions• Link to videos• Stern Mond business description (to be provided by company)KPIs:• 12 listings per day for 1st month Subsequent 15 listings.• Daily report together with screen shots of product and description to be sent to the manager for verification of quality Requirements• Honesty, integrity, hardworking• Own good functioning laptop. Continuous access to stable wifi.
