Make a standalone exe from mdl file

Hello, This is a simple task. I have a .mdl with a gui that sends and receives data through udp (it uses also .m files). The local port, remote ip, remote port are set in the Callbacks > StartFunction. I need 2 things: 1) make the necessary modifications in order to be able to generate code and .exe 2) add 3 edit text boxes in the gui through which the user will be able to change the remote ip, local port and remote port, while the application is running In the end I will need obviously the modified mdl file and the exe. For an experienced user it is no more than 2h work so I will not give more than 50$.
