I would like to discuss about this project, tell me if you need 2D diagram of my method, i will make it fast for you
To control this linear actuator, we only need common version of Arduino, it is arduino Uno, it use ATMEGA328P micro-controller, 8MHz/16MHz and 5V /3.3V logic level. Or use ESP32 with wifi and bluetooth available
To control linear actuator, we will control through H Bridge use MOSFET (This linear actuator will working two oppsite way, so we need H Bridge). Algorithm to control actuator is PID, out put is PWM, and feedback is distance signal from sensor (If you need).
About power and charger, will use battery (lifepo4, lithium ion/polymer, or lead Acid) and solar panel with charge module (4.2V)
Need wifi or 4G module for IOT Application if MCU don't have wireless module
For android, i use React-Native for front-end, PHP for backend for this project
I can build seperated board include all thing, MCU, H Bridge, Sensor, Power management ... no need use seperated module then wiring together. You only need plug power and play.
