Description:
Toulmin Kitchen & Bath is a premium design-build firm based in Alabama specializing in custom kitchens, baths, and full-home renovations. As we grow, we're looking to streamline how our team collaborates and manages tasks using the Microsoft 365 ecosystem.
We need an experienced Microsoft 365 consultant to help us:
Optimize how we use Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Outlook, To-Do, and Planner
Improve internal project communication (currently using Teams chats)
Set up centralized task management for projects (no more clunky Contractor Foreman tasks)
Simplify our file storage and access structure
Create a central contact database (clients, vendors, subs, reps) that can sync with RingCentral
Automate how email attachments (PDF acknowledgments) get saved to project folders
We want to work within Microsoft tools—not add more apps. You’ll be helping us bring structure, automation, and visibility to a rapidly growing operation.
