I need an MS Access CRM database created wherein data can be imported from several different excel spreadsheets to start. The CRM is to be used by several ppl around the US to enter data into it (from their phone calls) but who cannot delete any such information. Those using the database shall only be able to see their data and no one else that uses the database. In addition to the contact information, the Access database shall also have additional tables about certain real property information (land and buildings, including "typical" land size, zoning, building size, zoning, and specific real property information) as well as calendar scheduling for follow up calls or meetings. The information that will be imported from the Excel spreadsheets is information downloaded from governmental licensing agencies to begin with. More information can be provided. Seeking to understand CRM development timeframe; may need to have several different tables or checkboxes. Must be able to have or create several different reports for varying departments/consultants.
Since it will be Office 365 based, users should be able to view or input from their cell phones.

Your going to need to consider how people will access the database. Access did away with online access back in 2010.
You would need a terminal server or stand alone PC. Or use SharePoint.
You will need to pull your data into SharePoint or Azure and we can talk about that.

I'm aware that you want to do something cost effective in here by using MS Access but making users accessing it and further maintenance cost for outdated technology like MS Access will be a pain point in the future for you.
