Excel Project "Customer Documentation Database"

Database (via Excel) of the documentation related to our customers (Enquiry, maintenance, monitoring, generating reports, ...) here are some additional details and considerations but not all :
1- Main Sheet which gathering all data together This sheet should serve as the central hub for all of your customer documentation include all relevant details for each document, such as the customer name and number, document code, name, description, date, amount, and expiry date, status of the document (e.g., accepted, pending, rejected), the name of the employee who processed the document, and any notes or comments that are relevant.
2- Customer Sheet: This sheet should contain all of the details related to our customers, including their name, address, customer number, relationship manager, and segment in addition to their contact information, industry, and any relevant notes or comments.
3- Standard Documentation Sheet: This sheet should list all of the standard documentation that customers are required to provide, along with a default description for each document. This will serve as a reference for our employees when they are processing customer documentation
4- Customer Enquiry Sheet: This sheet should allow us to quickly look up which documents a particular customer has submitted or is still missing. It should be designed in a way that makes it easy to search by customer name or number.
5- Entry Form: The entry form should provide an easy-to-use interface for adding new documents, amending existing ones, updating details, or deleting cancelled ones. It should be designed with data validation to ensure that all required fields are filled out correctly, and that data is entered consistently.
6- Incomplete Documents Report: This report should help track down any missing documents that are still outstanding for each customer. It should be designed to highlight any missing documents and provide clear instructions for how to follow up with customers to obtain them.
7- Expired Documents Report: This report should help keep track of any documents that have expired, along with the customer, segment, or relationship manager associated with each expired document. This will allow us to follow up with customers and remind them to renew their documentation as needed.
8- Dashboard: The dashboard should provide a visual overview of key metrics related to customer documentation database, such as the number of documents processed per day, the number of incomplete or expired documents, and the percentage of customers who have submitted all required documentation. This will allow us to quickly identify any areas that require attention and track your progress over time.
