I need an MS Access based utility made for scanning barcodes on products to ensure that they are items and quantities that match the items on a Sales Order within Quickbooks Enterprise. You will have to develop on your end, you'll need access to your own installation of Quickbooks Enterprise with Advanced Inventory (bin location tracking). Work flow will look something like this. 1. User enter the sales order ID number. 2. Utility will query Quickbooks for inventory items, bin location, and quantities listed on that specific sales order. 3. User will scan bar codes on the items being pulled for that sales order, non matching bar codes will give a rejection message, bin locations will be entered and checked for a match, and matching items will be counted to ensure that the correct quantity is pulled, and not too many or too few. 4. Once all of the matching items and quantities are pulled, the record is stored in a table within the DB and saved as complete.

Hello! MS Access can be connected with Quickbooks using an ODBC driver. I can even code it to connect automatically. However, I will need some details on how to reproduce some of the data that you got already. The Access part will be an easy part of the project (but I will still need some details on that part).
