MS SQL DBA to fix DB issues & permissions

Job Description:
Our application is a web interface built on IIS in Windows Server 2012 communicating to an MSSQL server instance through Microsoft Dynamics services.
Upon inspection we found that the Microsoft Dynamics services were not running and could not be manually started due to the MSSQL server instance not running.
Upon trying to start the MSSQL service we received a login / permissions error.
Need someone who is very thorough with MS SQL databases to look into this. Should have min. 7-8 yrs experience in databases.
