I need a MSSQL database sync application which will run on central server IIS

Hello I am fulltime certified DBA and c# MCAD developer with 8+ years of experience in hand. I am doing same kind of job for my client from US. I can give you a windows service which will always look for new changes and as soon it deduct change it will sync the db on server or any where you need.
