Sample analysis tracker

I work in a lab. I need sample x to come in the date also recorded.

I wish to have a drop down menu of 'type' 1-6

If type 1 it goes into the Type 1 tab

Within that there will be 5 other options which it may have one or all five options selected. I want to assign a different time frame for each of the 5 options. Option 1 is 1 day 2 is 3 days 3 is 5 days 4 is 7days 5 is 7days. Once each of the options is completed the analyst will put in a completion date and if within the date it will go green. If completed before the date it will also go green if completed after the date it will go red. If the samples 'x' has one day to go before target date it should go orange to indicate this so it visually shows sample needs analysed.

There will be similar required for the rest of the Types e.g. Type 2 tab 2.... I will provide rest of information or I can fill in formula from other tab etc.

The first sheet which the sample and date is recorded on needs to go green once ALL its analysis criteria are met.
