Propósito: Aplicación movil hībrida (Android y iOs) para un equipo de futbol.
Requisitos generales.
Sistema de e-tickets comprados mediante la APP a través de código qr que pueda ser en leído en puerta del estadio con un teléfono, donde se valida por una sola vez el boleto, esto para dar paso al asistente.
Requerimientos USUARIO AFICIONADO
1. Crear su propio usuario.
2. Comprar de tickets mediante la app.
3. Envío de tickets “digitales” comprados a sus contactos.
4. Los tickets deben llevar un Qr que será leído en la puerta del estadio por un hand scanner (definir logistica) o un teléfono (con la app de administrador)
5. Comprar artículos online.
6. Los tickets deben poder descargarse como pdf, para que el usuario los imprima si desea.
7. Los asientos serán numerados. (Se debe explicar la logîstica)
8. 3 categorías de usuario: socio, abonado y aficionado. Se debe realizar un levantamiento de requerimientos por tipo de usuario.
9. Reservar cancha de futbol basket tenis, etc en el complejo deportivo del club (esta es otra función que no tiene que ver con el estadio, sino un servicio a los socios e hinchas o usuario de las instalaciones del club)
10. Venta de boletos para otros eventos (tanto dentro como en otras instalaciones)
11. Participar en promociones.
Requerimientos Panel de Control o Dashboard
1. Administrar usuarios; crear usuarios, o subir listados de usuarios de manera masiva (el administrador debe subir un excel con un formato específico), editar, descargar listados e información generada
2. Administrar productos (tickets precios , imágenes).
3. Asignar tickets a usuario (Definir logistica ya que por seguridad, debe haber undocumento que respalde esa asignación para poder asignar el ticket)
4. Crear promociones (Definir la logistica)
5. Administrar espacios asignados a publicidad (Definir ubicación de los espacios en la app)
6. Redistribuir asignaciones de asientos en el estadio.
7. Creación de grupos de usuarios para envio de notificaciones.
8. Enviar notificaciones push a grupos específicos.
9. Visualizar estadísticas de boletería y tienda virtual (de la app).
10. Configurar y administrar promociones
11. Crear eventos para venta de boletos para otro tipo de eventos del club en otra locación.
