Web and Mobile App Developer Required

I need a Flutter developer to work on my mobile app.
If the developer knows the java backend then that is a plus point.
Here are my requirements
Mobile App:
1. Partner registers on our application, he should be able to login after registeration
2. One product catalog page, where partners can see all our offerings
3. After login, There should be these options visible after login
a. add lead
b. view my existing leads (Status filter should be there like approved/declined)
4. In Add Lead Form: There should be 4-5 basic fields which provides us customer details. Form Inputs are
a. Name
b. Mobile (as per aadhar)
c. PAN
d. Email
e. Pin code
f. Self Employed / Salaried
g. Bank Name (Multi-select)
5. Partner should be able to see each lead in details (like we have courier tracking, where we see where our courier has reached)
6. The lead which with latest update should show on the top.
7. Once lead is approved by admin from admin panel, there should be new section the lead with payment status.
Web App (Admin Panel):
1. Admin Login with username password
2. View Leads from All partners
3. Update each lead status and processing activities (like we have courier tracking, where we see where our courier has reached)
4. We should be able to update payment status of each lead.
