Digital Form Editor - Create forms from PDF (used for forms that you or your business use regularly that are paper or PDF) making them digital. - upload a PDF form via dropbox or Google Drive or open from an email. - identify the fields where text is to be entered (drag and drop like iannotate) select fields such as: text, date, number, tick or cross, predefined list, custom list, Y or N, and any combinations, date time stamp fields ie. “now” button, signature, drawing field, radio button - Each completed form is to have a unique form file name. or formulated from a combination of field names. - each field will have an order number (order in which questions’s are asked) , a field name (DB name), Question, field type, answer, date and time stamp of fields. GPS stamp of fields. - Fields can have a default value or none. - 2D Barcode scan - QR Code scan to populate fields. - Some fields can be hidden. Ie not shown on form. But exported to data files - Field answers can be colour selectable - Field answers can be different text size and character limited - Some fields may have a choice of outcomes ie. From question? Are you Male or Female answer would be (M or F) - Ability to add a photo from camera, camera roll or etc. photo can be added to additional pages labelled Attachments at end of form or just attached to form as a file (paper clip icon). - Camera Images are attached as jpegs to email or dropbox as well. - the ability to reuse the answer from a previous question. (to save asking the same question multiple times) - The form is them filled out in a simple form view in the order that you created the fields. - When all questions are completed the data entry fields are overlaid over your PDF. - The completed form can be emailed with PDF, XLS, and XML files attached. - The form and data files can be completed and synced to drop box. - The files can be created and saved as template to share amongst an organisation (ie. via Drop box or Google Drive, Google Docs). - A drop box folder can be selected for each form type.
