Hi, What i'm after is an App that allows the user to choose a high risk construction issue from the list provided and in doing so they can access PDF documents showing them what permits and forms they need to have in place to proceed with the works. I have created a flow chart for the App and it is pretty straight forward. The user will be able to view the PDF doc and either fill it out on the phone and email it or print it out. I'd also like the App to have push notifications so I can send out important information about the weather or any other serious Safety concerns to all users. A weather button (Already got the ok with WILLY WEATHER to point a button to their site) would be great allowing you to be able to put your area zip code into the weather page for Australia. This is not on the flow chart but I'd like to add it in on any of the corners.

I have added the front end colours as well " Safety ESL" is the name of the App for the time [login to view URL] a box style font is required which can be modified later. I'll forward the actual PDF's once I have selected a coder. This App must be simple but must be able to be added on to as it will evolve and i'd like to be able to modify it from building site to building site. This is a personal project only.
After the flash screen the user interface should be the list of High risk activities as per the flow chart.
