Smart Ebook Reader for ipad, ipad mini and iphone

I need a developer to program an ebook reader for IOS for a project that I’m working on. I want it optimised for the ipad, but it needs to work on the iphone, ipod touch and ipad mini as well.Functionally, it will be similar to the Stanza ebook reader ([login to view URL]) with a few enhancements and changes. For example, I do not need the search or annotation function of that reader but want better cataloguing, tagging of books in the user's library and inclusion of media files (like video splash screens and the like), that I will provide. I definitely need it to be able to access a selection of free OPDS online libraries like Feedbooks and Smashwords, as well as at least one good ebook seller (like [login to view URL] or comparable site offering affiliate income from sales) that allows the user to buy the latest ebooks available (like “The life of Pi” ebook for example). It should offer a large number of free books plus as many books for sale from an acceptable site like [login to view URL] as possible. It needs to support MOBI, PDF, TXT and ePub ebook formats and the app will be predominantly ad supported (probably through Admob) with push notifications or other mechanisms to offer other products, additional app features and app updates for purchase. I had an enormous amount of trouble with a freelancer from another site, so I really want someone reliable with the ability to deliver on the project within the time promised this time around. I have developed a very detailed, screenshot by screenshot specification document of how the app should look, feel and function to make it very easy, but am happy to make reasonable changes if it simplifies the programming task. I have also suggested how some things might be coded to simplify it further as I can program in several languages myself. This will be the first of several projects and I hope to work with the winning bidder on all of these.
