All I need is a simple android app, which turns ON and OFF the LED through WIFI. Here LED is connected to Arduino MKR 1000. This app will receive sensor readings from thingspeak and then turn ON and OFF the LED. mention your price. We have very limited budget

I've worked on Arduino related projects. My last work was about casino machines automation. At first I have to use an Arduino but I recommend to my client using an ESP8266 board which is more suitable for that kind of projects because of built-in WiFi connectivity and Arduino IDE compatibility.
