Need a small Android service written using Xamarin to run in the background and post to a rest web service every minute. The service needs to restart in the background when the device is rebooted. Bonus for having Android Service that runs in background with no icon. Source code must be in C# Xamarin. Must run on Android 8.x or greater Proposal must answer these questions: 1. What projects have you developed similar to this? 2. What time frame do you expect to complete this project? 3. Give a highlight of how you will develop this so we know you have experience. 4.
