Build a hyperlocal andriod app for shopping

I need an Android shopping App which would be in the hyper-local segment. Most of the features would be similar to most of the existing apps like grofers or amazon now. Fist time registration would have the following two links - *I am customer *I am seller Two login is required, User/Customer Login and Seller Login. After the user is logged in they would be prompted to enter the pin code of their neighborhood (example screenshot attached). After that products would be displayed just like any other shopping app organized according to category (Products from sellers within the same geo location /cities which would be defined by app admin) Users would shop as usual and upon placing an order seller would get pust notifications which they can accept or reject. Seller : Seller would need to register using various business documents like aadhaar , pan card, voter ID etc and than a push notification would be send to the admin which he can review and approve/disapprove. Sellers would be able to add, modify and delete their products change price and inventory etc. Please go through the details and post your bids.
