not a vpn or a fake spoof location app I literally want you to create an app that can change my phones location ...like the phone believes it in that location that I put in..while its activated my phone always thinks its in that location regardless I know android will be the easiest but it doesn't matter what I use on my phone it will always think its in the location I have selected example I open up my app select some address in New York but im in Chicago while I have it activated anything I do on my phone it always thinks its in New York all my apps will think it as well
