Create a secure food tracking APP that work on ios and android using AWS

You must have background using AWS or other platform. The app must work on all smarts phones, tablets and laptops. PAYMENT BREAKDOWN $1000 YOU MUST BE RELIABLE - If you take the job and don't communicate and miss deadlines, we will terminate the project.
