Mobile Game - Under Contract Only -- 2

I need an Android app. I would like it designed and built. we are looking for a developer for a mobile game for both android and iOS. this is a mmorts war game. I have screenshots for examples. this is NOT a clash of clans style RTS. we are look to hire on a contract. we do have some funds we can set into an escrow account while the project is being worked on but the contract is important and the details are as follows signed contract between developer(s) and my company notarized with these terms. You agree to work on the development of the game. if you require funds in escrow we can make the arrangement. when the project is able to go live (not fully completed) and funds from IAP are collected the developer shall receive a agreed % for the project cost each month until project is paid for. also the developer will receive royalties as a set % once the project is open. this contract will be good for one year and can be renegotiated for a 2nd term what we are looking for is someone to get started asap. we have the storyline concept and data for troops, buildings. we are working on gathering additional data for research and various events. we are looking to get a fundraiser to get started so we would need screenshots on the game as its being developed to show donators how the game will look and how its progressing. the fundraiser will go to pay the developer their fees but the contract will still stand for royalties. basically. free money for doing nothing. I would like people who bid on this or thinking about bidding to really consider this. you stand in a potential to make a lot for the success of the project we are looking for a reasonable timeframe. the more we get updates the more we have a chance on getting the fundraiser going well.
