hello we are looking for a developer that can add the feature so when the user holds down on an app icon for 3 seconds it activates edit mode which allows users to organize app icons anyway they wish on any page of our launcher as well as being able to make folders by hovering one at ICON over the other everything else is done we just need someone to implement this feature serious inquiries only if you do not have decent experience already doing this please do not post a bid. if you have any questions about the project please feel free to message me and I can answer any questions you may have thanks for looking have a great day!

Hello, I have few questions regarding the requirements that you have posted. Do you want native app or cross platform ? Can you also share flow of the application to know more about it ? Are you specific about platform that you want to use for backend ? Do you already have API ? if yes ,, can i see ? Can you post mokeup as well in in attachments to give the best quotation ?
