Android application :- DeezifyApp
DeezifyApp is to be an app in the market place free of charge for download. DeezifyApp allows users to view pictures and music clips. All pictures and music sent are organised under the specific contact so that one can see all the pictures/music owned by that contact.
To kickstart DeezifyApp you are to design and implement an application using the Android SDK-Eclipse or Android Studio which demonstrates the following functionalities:
On opening the app, there is a splash screen/animation with music
The system then requires that you either log into the system with a recognised username and password or create a new account. For this, you can either use data that you have set up in a suitable list structure in your code, or you can read/save the info from a file/database (eg sqlite). If you enter incorrect details, a message to that effect should appear on the screen, and then you are given the option to try again.
You can also add a ‘cheat’ button which allows you to bypass that security feature and take you straight to the next screen (5 marks only)
In the remaining exercises below, if you have used this cheat button, there should be a default set of information that is loaded and used. If you login using a users’ credentials or you create a new account, the info for that user should appear.
On successful login or creation of a new account, the app displays a set of options which allow you to do the following:
o View, modify and save personal info (name, tel., email, etc.)
o Display/play favourite music
o Store/add music and pictures
- Enhanced design features
(eg. using ImageView as Button, set wallpaper with Bitmap)
- Additional functionality
