Hi there, how are you doing? My proposal for the online score board is to build it as a website that is tested on all mobile/desktop devices so that it looks good whichever device is used. I would use PHP/MySQL to set up the site - MySQL is a database and PHP is used to help the website interact with the database. Would you need to have user accounts too and a way to admin the site? Would you also need to set up league tables and fixture lists or not really? Do you think you'll have an issue with players posting wrong scores too, should scores be posted by both teams match before being counted, or does the admin post scores? For the bid amount and timeframe, I'd set up a simple website that views nicely on all devices, that displays the scores of all matches. There would be an admin section where the admin can create teams, set up games between teams, set dates and times and scores for those matches. Do you have an idea of similar sites that you like the look of?
