Smarphone app for text recognition from images

Please see attached PDF file for more information 1) We need to develop an application that will work with for iphone and ipads 2) The application will incorporate an existing text/image recognition API such as Google Lens that allows recognizing printed text by taking an image with an iphone or ipad. 3) After the text is recognized, the app will do some simple plotting of the data based on recognized text. Below are functionalities that the app must do: Step 1: Recognize all text from an image of text printed on a sheet or a card. Specifically the app will need to detect missing numbers as shown (in red boxes) below. The numbers are sequential. For example: 1,2,3, (missing number), 5,6,7. The app will detect that the missing number is 4 Step 2: App will do simple subtraction based on values of missing numbers. Highlighted (in yellow) cells show results from subtraction operation Step 3. App will plot the numbers (in the above example, the numbers are highlighted in yellow) Please note that there’re apps already available that can recognize text from images such as below. They will do Step 1 above, but these apps do NOT have functionality to do Steps 2 and 3. When responding, please send examples of your previous app projects. We prefer someone with specific experience using image recognition APIs or in developing apps that deal with image recognition.
