Startup for hotels

I need an iPhone/iPad app + android app. I would like it designed and built. 1. Android App and iOS app features (Native App no Hybrid or Cross): *there will be simple login page where hostels will login by there provided pass and username (will provide them by me.) *after login the term and condition will fetch from server for specific hotel. *the main page where the form will fill up, * there will be id card scan features (need to set fixed size and also resolution to save storage) * there will be feature where visitor can be signed (digital) and it will saved as png image on the guest registration card and id. * finally all data will sent to server and will store them in database. 2. Admin Panel Web (Angular) *login features, password reset features *here super admin (me) will be able add/edit/remove/block hostels, saw all the information, saw subscription information *hotel admin will be able add/edit the term and condition (also have to refresh it in app too) *view there hotel visitor information *view there subscription info *paid the payment through the payment gate way 3. Java Spring Boot Server with MySQL Database and Highly Security (Auth02, JWT) *That server is the key part of that project. It will responsible all the features we set in app or admin panel. *plus it will send the contact information automatically every week to all hotel and also me. *I need the complete source code
