WINDOWS PDA SPECIALIST WANTED to Write Small App

We need you to program small app to work on Windows Handheld PDA devices or ANDROID PDA Devices with Barcode scanners. We have Point of Sale software which is using "SQL Server Compact Database File" We will be using this handheld device to manage products on POS software, we will be scaning product barcode, if product found it should open Product Edit screen, if not found then pop up and ask to create new product or cancel. This is very simple job, we need it urgently. You need to create 3 screens. Main Screen - With search field and search button. We need able to search by product name or Product Code Product Listing Page - Display the search resaults by Product Code, Name & Price Product Edit page - To edit products, or same page will be used to create new products. We will have below information on product edit form: - Product Code - Product Name - Product Group - Product Price - VAT Group - SAVE/CANCEL buttons. Please find attached design thank you.
