Write an Android/Apple application

Hi, I would like to check with you an idea of a location-based game. It has already been on air but I want to make a new one myself. About the application: this is a "find the treasure" game. The app asks a question,gives hints, and a correct answer will always lead the user to next location and the game proceed til the last location will (the treasure). All should be based in east europe, speaks english good enough, skilled and expirienced, and with goal oriented with strong sense of delivery. Serious guy who can build a cool app ( please note it will be in a a foreign language along an English verion (Encligh is not a must) we need fast, reliable programmer that will hold the project till the moment where it's only need maintenance. Availability: a team, that can work with on a * daily basis* for next 2-3 weeks/month, until product is done. QA I will be testing it aka improvments will be taken in account - as needed.
