Requirement :
Sending a data to all the devices on the router using UDP multicasting.
When sending message to any device, we use socket to transfer data. But if there are multiple devices to send data, connecting to each of the devices and sending message is hectic so using udb broadcast/multicasting we can send the data to all devices listening on specific port at single point.
But the problem with android device is when screen is locked, android device is not receiving message which has to be received.
