Develop an Android APP to interact between a GPS TK103b and a GPS Server, the application must have the ability to register on the Server to interact with the GPS TK103b, display the geolocation downloaded from the server on a map in the APP, have buttons and sub Menu to send commands to the TK103 from the server through the APP via the Internet.
