Write an iPhone application

I am starting apple products repair service business and i would like to make two apps for my business one for the customer and one for myself to receive the request. the app should ask the client about which device will be repaired and which version. the client will also be asked to choose the type of repair service and the app should give the client the repair cost based on the costs saved for each kind of repair plus the tax and the labor cost. the client will be asked to enter the phone number, email and Name. then my app which will be available for me only will receive the request with the details of the request. My app will have to make a receipt and the client will sign before starting the repair. after the repair is done the app will also ask about the signature and the receipt will be sent to the client with the detailed price of repair. i need the app designed completely with the UI and The UX... the app should also use the camera to take a picture for the device before and after the repair. take notes for the device conditions.
