I have a microsoft sql local pc database and a mysql website (domain) database that I need both side that the data must be updated in a push and pull process where the records on the server must be checked with the records on the local database and the records either overwritten or added accordingly and then the same the other way round from the local database must be check with the server. Must be done as a C# syncronisation application where we could add onto our current project an build on it

Why you don´t think about Linked Server?? Mor easy to make and mantain. You could run update manually or scheduling on Windows or SQL Scheduler. Please, contact me and we will talk more about
