Remote Mysql Data Retriever

I would like to access mysql database over remote and store it in a local computer. The remote database will hold upto 1000 data, so the full backup needs to be stored in local computer using remote mysql access. Also in the local computer, there needs to be csv file which needs to be exported from the local database. Synchronization b/w local and remote mysql needs to be every 5 minutes. In local computer there needs to be access data from multiple remote database. Please find the picture for the reference.
