via web managable database creation, front end for the administrator and providers, managing systems and communication to providers, and payment systems

This project is part of the realization of a complete project, that is (https://www.freelancer.com/projects/Graphic-Design/Costruire-website/#/details), to sell touristic services via web. This task requires the creation of a database where different types of providers (mainly lodges, means of transportation, and activities for tourists) could insert their services according to the trip planner engine requirements. Each provider should have the possibility to sign up on a front end web page with a secure identification system, and edit his/her service. The administrator front end could watch all these data, be informed about any modifications, logins from providers, to authorize new service publications, set price increase, visualize user data accounts, visualize automatic reservations, booking, and so on. The specifications of types of services provided from the website are here available ([login to view URL]) The database should also include all data for managing the website: bookings, payment receipts, reservations, all numbers of spikes of visitors, and all is needed to analyse the web site and do SE(O) optimization, also with export data options The freelancer who complete this task is also responsible of all payment systems towards providers, and from the users, with the most advanced technologies to warranty the maximum security. The systems to integrate should be PayPal, [login to view URL], solo.sh. The integrated systems should be easily de/activable, and also it should be possible to add others in the future, without any modifications to the others. The complete process of automatic payment system should be provided: paid bookings should be put on an employer bank account. An API to manage automatic payments, from that employer bank account towards providers should be provided. The database should have also a simple editor system to edit receipts or tickets with logo and data payment documents, for all the outing or incoming services, for example using pdf file format. The database should also contain an area where to set variable and fixed booking costs, to apply to each users for each service or the entire trip plan booked Moreover he is also responsible to prevent hacker attacks with advanced protection systems for the entire project. A system to accept or communicate reservations to different providers with e-mails, SMS, automatic calls, Android/iOS simple app with pop-up etc... is part of this task. All database should have a front end system, manageble from the administrator, where it is possible to manage the front end for any specif provider; all combinations of data should be settable, for example to add/remove or customized data. In this customizable function, a type of data already used could be managed. Database should have API function to interact with all website packages like the trip planning engine, and possible future Android or iOS apps. Freelancer should provide all source codes and release of the working app. Also a documentation is necessary. All work should be easily readable from anyone, for example to add some new features in the future. The freelancer that complete this task, should provide also an assistance for 6 months after publication on web to assure that all payments, and all accountability management systems work properly. All solutions should be discussed with the employer before to be completely decided. Even if great and advanced solutions are welcome, the employer has the last decision. The complete project aims to work as the famous websites of travel plan services but with the possibility to book services for a specific region, with the aim of the touristic promotion of that region.
