CRM Project for cafe and restaurants. Specially developed program should have following features, * Software should bring the customer's name, address, mostly served menus/eats/beverages, customer's trends, etc. to the screen when he/she called to the reataurant for package service * Should import/export data from/to the database with .txt files. * Should have support to a msr loyalty card, customer could collect point, have discount. * Could report daily, periodic cashier's desk. * Should have headquarter/back office and cafe/restaurant software interfaces. * Waiter/Waitress could enter how many friend has been brought by the customer to the restaurant, daily and within a time period. (with this figure customer will have additional discount or benefits such as free beverage, free menu, etc.) * flexible reports should be taken with a tool * Project does not include handheld terminal software.
